The success of your fundraiser will be directly related to your group's efforts to promote the event.

Moe's Southwest Grill will not support organizations that discriminate against a person or a group on a basis of age, political affiliation, race, national origin, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation or religious belief.

How do the fundraisers work? »

Please complete the online application below. You will be contacted via email to confirm the date and time of your fundraiser and will be provided with a flyer to promote your event. Your organization is responsible for promoting your fundraiser. 15% of qualified sales (pre-tax) will go to your organization. Moe’s Southwest Grill will send a check within 2 to 3 weeks to your organization. Groups are limited to two times per year per restaurant. The success of your fundraiser will be directly related to your group’s efforts to promote the event.

What types of fundraisers do you offer? »

All fundraisers are in store fundraisers-you pick the date, you promote the event, your supporters bring a flyer and give it to the cashier.

How much can we expect to raise? »

You can expect to receive approximately 15% of qualified sales (an average of $1.25 per customer) for your fundraiser.

What days are available for fundraiser? »

Avon, Bristol, Brookfield, Derby, Enfield, Fairfield, Hamden, Newington, Southington, South Windsor, and Wallingford locations fundraisers are held on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Sunday in 4-hour blocks. When requesting your date, please include the desired timeframe. If a specific timeframe is not requested, your fundraiser will be scheduled from 5 PM – 9 PM.

Glastonbury, Groton, Norwich, and Waterford location fundraisers are held Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday at any time.

Branford, Dayville, Hartford, Mansfield, Vernon, West Hartford, Willimantic, and Windsor locations are held Wednesday, Thursday and Friday evenings from 5 PM to 9 PM.

Ways to promote your fundraiser:  »

Distribute Flyers. Moe's will design a flyer specifically for your event and send it via email to the fundraiser contact. Have your group distribute the flyers to family, friends and supporters to promote your fundraiser. For every flyer that a customer presents, 15% of the sale (pre-tax) will go directly to your organization. Printed flyers MUST be presented at purchase and cannot be combined with another discount or promotion. Flyers cannot be distributed inside Moe's Southwest Grill, within 100 yards of Moe's, or in front of the restaurant before or during the fundraiser.

Social Media. Promote your event on social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, and blogs.

Get Creative. Promote your event any other way you can think of! Some suggestions include internal announcements, promotions, email blasts, newsletters, your organization's website, newspaper/print ads, posters, and more.
